Immersive On-Campus Training • Professional Company Environment

We deploy expert instructors directly to your campus for 3 months, running students through a real-world professional company experience.

Why Your College Needs This

Bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations — right on your own campus.

The Challenge

  • Students graduate with theoretical knowledge but lack practical, job-ready skills
  • Employers report a widening gap between college curriculum and industry demands
  • Placement-ready training requires expensive infrastructure and industry-experienced instructors
  • Students lack exposure to real tools like Git, Docker, Jira, Playwright, BI dashboards
  • No professional company experience — students never experience cross-functional teamwork

Our Solution

  • 3-month immersive program with on-campus instructors
  • Students work inside a professional company environment
  • 5 industry role tracks — Software Engineer, QA, Data Analyst, HR, Marketing
  • Real tools: Java, Angular, PostgreSQL, Playwright, Git, Docker, Jira, BI Tools
  • Cross-functional collaboration — exactly like a real tech company

Our Training Programs

Each student chooses one role track and works as that role for 3 months in a professional startup — building a real product alongside peers in other roles. One student = One track.

12 Weeks 60 / Batch

Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Java • Angular • PostgreSQL • Git • Docker • Jira

Students join a professional Scrum team and build a real web application (LMS/Portal). They pick user stories from Jira, write backend APIs in Java/Spring Boot, build Angular frontends, manage PostgreSQL databases, and deploy via Docker.

12 Weeks 60 / Batch

QA Engineer (Automation)

Playwright • Java • Git • Docker • Jira

Students act as the quality gate in Scrum teams. They translate requirements into test cases, execute manual and automated tests using Playwright, track bugs in Jira, and provide clear feedback to improve the product.

Data Analyst

PostgreSQL SQL • Spreadsheets • BI Tools • Git • Docker

Our Delivery Model

We don't just teach — we embed. Our instructors work on your campus, with your students, for 3 full months.

01

We Deploy Instructors to Your Campus

Experienced Gibbs Edu Tech instructors arrive at your college and set up the professional company environment. No infrastructure changes needed from your end.

02

Students Choose Their Role Track

Students select one of the 5 tracks: Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Analyst, HR Specialist, or Marketing Associate. 2 batches of 60 students per program.

03

Professional Company Kicks Off

All 5 roles work together as a real startup team — building, testing, analyzing, recruiting, and marketing a real web application over 12 weeks. Scrum ceremonies, Jira boards, Git repos, and Docker deployments — all real.

04

Weekly Progress & Mentorship

Each week has structured goals, deliverables, and mentor feedback. Students present sprint demos, QA release reports, data insights, HR summaries, and marketing campaigns.

05

Final Demo & Portfolio

Week 12 culminates in a company-wide demo where students present their work — with GitHub portfolios, QA reports, dashboards, HR summaries, and marketing decks ready for job interviews.
